I am eating a low-carb, high-protien and high-fibre diet with minimum of 30 minutes cardio a day + squats, sit ups and the rest but can’t shift my baby belly?!
Would taking ‘bladderwack’ or even laxatives help at all, I’m getting desperate as my confidence is at an all time low ♥
Having spinach with every meal as part of my new clean eating menu … smoothies in a morning, salad for lunch and a nice hot meal for dinner ♥
Just smashed this lot in 10 minutes because I’ve been lazy and ate cookies all day, will be repeating after a 10 minute break until I collapse and once more after that ;D
♥-Stair climb up x8 down x8 up at a jog on my tippytoes
♥-Pushups 10 reps x2
♥-Situps 20 reps x2
♥-Exercise bike 3 minutes
Watched the great north run this morning and decided I am going to get back into running. Setting my alarm an hour early and making time for this.
I’ve tried all sorts and I all I ever achieved was just feeling crappy!
